Job Description

RxAll is a leading global digital commerce infrastructure platform for healthcare,
enabling digital drug quality authentication, inventory management, payments,
insurance reimbursements, decentralized tele-care, and financing for independent
pharmacies and related businesses. We have subsidiaries in Nigeria, Kenya, and
Uganda.

The Director of Strategic Sales and Regional Partnerships will play a pivotal role in
driving sales growth and expanding RxAll’s market presence across Nigeria. This role
requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and business
development, capable of forging and managing high-value partnerships with
multinational Big Pharma, local pharmaceutical manufacturers, mega distributors,
medical professional trade associations, market associations, and other key
stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in
scaling sales through door to door sales, trade associations, bulk channels and
strategic alliances, as well as strong leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic
sales plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion through door to door sales,
trade associations, bulk channels and strategic alliances. Must be able to grow sales
7x and get to at least 2B NGN in monthly sales within 4 months by Dec. 2024.Must
deliver at least 500M NGN/month in personal sales aside from the rest of the team in
this period.
2. Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships
with multinational Big Pharma, pharma manufacturers, mega distributors, medical
professional trade associations, market associations, and other strategic partners.
3. Regional Sales Strategy: Develop and implement regional sales strategies and
plans. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and sales agents across
Lagos, SW, MW, East, South and North regions of Nigeria.
4. Market Expansion: Unlock new sales channels and customer acquisition strategies
to accelerate growth and expand RxAll’s market presence across Nigeria.
5. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing
mentorship, guidance, and support to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives.

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key
customers and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term
collaboration.
7. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with RxAll’s
business goals, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
8. Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to
measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and partnerships, adjusting plans as
needed to ensure success.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, senior management team, and other
departments to align sales efforts with the company’s strategic goals.
10. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities,
challenges, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to drive
decision-making.
11. Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts, and ensure
achievement of regional sales goals.
12. Forecasting and Budgeting: Track and report on sales performance, forecast, and
budget for sales.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a
related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic sales, business
development, or partnerships, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors.
At least 5+ years of experience as Regional Sales Lead in Western/Lagos region of
Nigeria for a leading indigenous pharma or trade company.
