Job Description

Our client in the multinational industry is  seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is a unique blend of sales management, retail marketing, and overall marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, and managing a high-performing sales and marketing team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Sales Management:

– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the business.

– Manage, train, and mentor a sales team to achieve sales targets.

– Oversee the relationship with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

– Analyze sales data and trends to inform strategic decisions and future sales initiatives.

 

2. Retail Marketing:

– Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns targeted towards our retail customers.

– Manage in-store promotions and displays to maximize visibility and sales.

– Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure the products are presented in a way that stimulates customers to make purchases.

– Leverage customer insights to inform retail marketing strategies and tactics.

 

3. Marketing Management:

– Lead the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy for the business.

– Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing activities deliver a strong return on investment.

– Collaborate with the product team to develop effective marketing strategies for new and existing products.

– Oversee the company’s presence on digital and traditional marketing channels.

 

Qualifications:

 

– A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. An MBA would be a plus.

– Proven experience in sales management, retail marketing, and marketing management.

– Excellent leadership and team management skills.

– Strong understanding of customer behavior and retail marketing strategies.

– Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

– Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

– Strong budgeting, planning, and project management abilities.
