The sales and expansion manager is responsible for driving the company’s sales growth, identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach. He is responsible for developing and deploying both online and offline marketing strategies. He will be responsible for overseeing the entire marketing team and driving growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies across digital and traditional channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Ensure cohesive online and offline strategies for a unifies brand experience
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and identify competitive advantage.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing leads.
- Lead the marketing team, to meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets.
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Identify the key stakeholders and own the critical relationships needed to launch and scale business operations in the new markets, building supply, brand awareness and initial customer demand.
- Build an expansion plan and define timelines and budget while partnering with the relevant cross functional teams to test, optimize, roll out and provide feedback to ensure a successful market launch.
Qualification/ Experience
· Candidates should possess a minimum of Bachelor’s degree Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
· 10+ years of experience in similar role leading sales and product expansion preferably at a tech start-up · Experience developing efficient procedures, optimizing systems, defining and achieving benchmark goals. · Strong multi-sector experience is an added advantage · Data-driven mindset with a passion for achieving measurable results. · Proven experience leading a sales team Knowledge/ Skills
