Our client is looking to hire a Senior Human Resources Executive.
Responsibilities
- Understand and implement fair employment practices and ensure compliance with regulations
- Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including screening of resumes, interview arrangement, selection, and placement
- Responsible for the preparation of letters, including but not limited to letters of appointment, confirmation, promotion, etc.
- Update and maintain employee information into System and personal files
- Management of staff training (liaise with training providers / documentation preparation / allocation & record / analysis)
- Oversees the training administration and grant applications.
- Ensure all records are updated and reports are timely and accurate
- Conduct an orientation program for all newly hired employees
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- On-boarding and induction activities
- Off-boarding process
- Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc
- Manage holiday calendars and leave balance
- Support employee engagement activities in the Company
- Assist to prepare monthly management manpower reports
- Support delivery of reports within scope
- Support key activities for the whole cycle of HR e.g. annual compensation review, talent management and FAB projects
- Review salary bands and benefits and make recommendations
- Measure employee retention and turnover rate
- Management of staff training (liaise with training providers / documentation preparation / allocation & record /analysis)
Requirements and skills
- Leadership skills
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
- Ensure all records are updated and reports are timely and accurate
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Possess initiative and a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability in multi-tasking, confident, meticulous and have excellent communication skills in managing all stakeholders, including senior management.
