We are hiring a motivated Spare Parts Sales Executive who will be responsible for selling spare parts and related accessories, providing customer service, and managing inventory, to join our team.
Roles /Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate spare parts solutions.
- Identify new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals, and close deals.
- Meet sales targets and quotas
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Provide technical support to customers on part selection and installation.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Track inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Manage stock levels and ensure efficient delivery of parts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, particularly with spare parts or related industries.
- The position requires strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills, as well as knowledge of the relevant industry and products.
Criteria/ Education
- Must reside in Abuja or its environs
- OND/HND/B.Sc in any related field
- 2-3yrs in core sales, most especially in automotive technology
- Not more than 35 years of ageOther relevant skills includes:
Sales of batteries or solar panels & spare parts will be an added advantage.
