Job Description

We are hiring a motivated Spare Parts Sales Executive who will be responsible for selling spare parts and related accessories, providing customer service, and managing inventory, to join our team.

 

Roles /Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate spare parts solutions.
  • Identify new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals, and close deals.
  • Meet sales targets and quotas
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Provide technical support to customers on part selection and installation.
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Track inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Manage stock levels and ensure efficient delivery of parts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly with spare parts or related industries.
  • The position requires strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills, as well as knowledge of the relevant industry and products.

 

Criteria/ Education

  •  Must reside in Abuja or its environs
  • OND/HND/B.Sc in any related field
  • 2-3yrs in core sales, most especially in automotive technology
  •  Not more than 35 years of ageOther relevant skills includes:
    Sales of batteries or solar panels & spare parts will be an added advantage.
