- Overseeing recruitment process creating job description, job posting, screening of applications, scheduling interviews, and interfacing with candidates
- Maintaining and building relationships with candidates and clients.
- Identifying new recruitment channels through talent mapping and Research
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Developing content to be sent to prospects through mail chimp.
- Managing outsourced staff
- Review systems and processes and make modifications to address HR issues.
- Attending meetings for job brief
