Associate Consultant ( Lagos)

Our firm is looking to hire young professional who will help the company optimize everyday processes such as recruitment, training as well as implement strategic HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing recruitment process creating job description, job posting, screening of applications, scheduling interviews, and interfacing with candidates
  • Maintaining and building relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Identifying new recruitment channels through talent mapping and Research
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Developing content to be sent to prospects through mail chimp.
  • Managing outsourced staff
  • Review systems and processes and make modifications to address HR issues.
  • Attending meetings for job brief
  • Work with the Lead Consultant in implementing the strategic direction for the recruitment & selection function.

Competency/Skill/Requirements

  • B.sc in relevant fields
  •  Proven 3-4 years HR experience and strong entrepreneurial skills.
  •  HR certification would be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 3-4 years work experience
  • Preferably 27-32 years of age only. 
  • Strong  passion for training, recruitment or any other relevant hr areas.
  • Ready for sales tasks with a rewarding compensation system.
