Business Development Executive( Lagos)

Our client is a world-class consulting company that develop effective SMEs business (ERP) Solutions and financial services.This role is to assist our client company to acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones. Successful candidate will help nurture the existing client base as well as focusing on new business, while exploiting exceptional sales skills and achieving successful results.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new sales leads
  • To actively convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales to develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability of  the organization
  • Build possible new business contacts through attending face to face sales meetings in order to build lasting relationships
  • Following up on business opportunities
  • Research and identify new market opportunities.
  • Maintaining good relationships with existing customers
  • Introducing new product developments to prospective clients
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring targets are met

Competency/Skill/Requirements

  • B.sc/ HND  in related field
  • Minimum of 3 years marketing experience
  • Proven work experience in brand management
  • Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
  •  Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management
