Recruitment Officer( Lagos)
Responsibilities
- Develop and update job descriptions
- Source candidates buy using database and social media platforms
- Screening candidate resume and job applications
- Conduct interviews by assessing applicants relevant knowledge to the role
- Provide analytical and well documented interview reports
- Generating sales lead for recruitment related jobs
Competency/Skill/Requirements
- B.sc in relevant field
- HR certification would be an added advantage
- ability to work with minimum supervision
- driven and self motivated individual
- 2- 3 years POST NYSC work experience
- 1 year of proven experience as a recruiter or working in a a related capacity
- between 26-29 years of age
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision making
- Sales and marketing experience mandatory or past expereince in a personal business would be an added advantage
