Recruitment Officer( Lagos)

 Successful candidate achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and selecting candidate that fit client's profile.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update job descriptions 
  • Source candidates buy using database and social media platforms 
  • Screening candidate resume and job applications
  • Conduct interviews by assessing applicants relevant knowledge to the role
  • Provide analytical and well documented interview reports 
  • Generating sales lead for recruitment related jobs

 

Competency/Skill/Requirements

  • B.sc in relevant field 
  • HR certification would be an added advantage 
  • ability to work with minimum supervision
  • driven and self motivated individual 
  • 2- 3 years  POST NYSC work experience
  • 1 year of proven experience as a recruiter or working in a a related capacity 
  • between 26-29 years of age
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong decision making 
  • Sales and marketing experience mandatory or past expereince in a personal business would be an added advantage
