Training Officer( Lagos)

 Successful candidate will Identify, develop,coordinate and deliver an appropriate and relevant training programme.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering and overseeing the training of public courses
  • Ability to research and facilitate required training
  • Conducting training needs assessment and development needs for clients 
  • Approaching client and advertising training courses to fit their requirements.
  • Visiting client to discuss training programmes, generation of sales leads
  • developing of training slides via powerpoint
  • facilaring small class sizes 

Competency/Skill/Requirements

  • B.sc in relevant field 
  • HR certification would be an added advantage 
  • ability to work with minimum supervision
  • driven and self motivated individual 
  • 2- 3 years  POST NYSC work experience
  • 1 year of proven experience as a training personnel  or working in a a related capacity 
  • mandatoriliy between 26-29 years of age
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong decision making 
  • Sales and marketing experience mandatory or past expereince in a personal business would be an added advantage 
  • high planning and and detail oreintation.
