Successful candidate will Identify, develop,coordinate and deliver an appropriate and relevant training programme.
- B.sc in relevant field
- HR certification would be an added advantage
- ability to work with minimum supervision
- driven and self motivated individual
- 2- 3 years POST NYSC work experience
- 1 year of proven experience as a training personnel or working in a a related capacity
- mandatoriliy between 26-29 years of age
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision making
- Sales and marketing experience mandatory or past expereince in a personal business would be an added advantage
- high planning and and detail oreintation.
