Responsible for successful management of all Shutdowns, Modifications and Brownfield projects to assure successful delivery. With focus on goal zero in HSE; zero LTIs and no harm to the environment and plant. Ensuring all projects complies with company, industry and global standards are executed within contract requirements, cost and schedule. Also ensure compliance with Nigerian content legislation (NCD). Lead, manage and coordinate the Core Shutdown Team/Department of 40+ professionals and (200-1000) SD Temps during the Shutdown/Project phases which includes; SD Coordinators, SD Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Supervisors, Inspectors, Mechanical Technicians, Confined Spaced Technicians, E&I Technicians, HSE Advisors, Logistics, Materials Controllers, SD Planning Engineers, Document Controllers and SD Administrative support. The Single Point of Accountability for all SDs and other department projects. Provide leadership for the Pre-commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up Teams.
