Also ensure compliance with Nigerian content legislation (NCD). Lead, manage and coordinate the Core Shutdown Team/Department of 40+ professionals and (200-1000) SD Temps during the Shutdown/Project phases which includes; SD Coordinators, SD Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Supervisors, Inspectors, Mechanical Technicians, Confined Spaced Technicians, E&I Technicians, HSE Advisors, Logistics, Materials Controllers, SD Planning Engineers, Document Controllers and SD Administrative support. The Single Point of Accountability for all SDs and other department projects. Provide leadership for the Pre-commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up Teams.
