Job Description

An international export trade administrator, with FMCG hands on experience in sales activities for all export products of the organization and ensuring achievement of all export sales target.

Analyze all company objectives and negotiate on prices to achieve same and maintain knowledge on all competitor activities.

  • Develop strong and long-lasting relationships with key accounts directly, partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, and working closely with the local agents.
  • Work with Marketing to ensure the creation of the right product ranges for the export market.
  • Collaborative approach between International Channel Management & Sales teams for achieving sales targets & generating growth for business.
  • Maintain sales forecasts.
  • Ensure that all key stakeholders are effectively communicated with in a timely manner.
  • To motivate, lead, and inspire the sales agents and distributors to deliver their full potential.

Be the company brand ambassador, develop a high personal profile within the key markets.

 

Skills:

  • A good knowledge of the industry in terms of product knowledge, industry trends, key customers, and key competitors.
  • Thrives in a team environment, adapting to the demands of a changing marketplace.
  • A commitment to deliver excellent customer service – not to over-promise and under-deliver
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages, English, French, etc.
  • Hands-on, down to earth application but with the ability to see things strategically.
  • Demonstrable experience of consistent successful sales and gross margin target achievement.
  • Ability to prepare written presentations, reports, and pricing tenders.

Excellent Analytical skills

 

Education:

  • MBA or any other equivalent educational qualification.

Experience:

  • 10-15 years of working experience in FMCG/ Food Industry.
  • Candidate should have good knowledge of international sales/ Business Development profile.
  • Hands on experience of handling Trade business/ Distributors / Retail channels
  • Willing to travel internationally for business prospects.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
