Job Description
Our client is looking to hire a House Keeping Manager to manage the facility.
Supervisory Duties
- Oversee household staff on day-to-day responsibilities to ensure effectiveness
- Responsible for the effective running and administration of the office and staff;
- Staff work roaster development, duty roasters, and maintenance
- Responsible for the performance of all domestic and administrative staff
Administrative duties
- Vendor supervision and administration
- Interface chairman’s office as required when necessary
- Coordinate Household financial budget as given and ensure compliance;
- Oversee acquiring of contractors and ensure they follow due process
- Overall facility management
- Ensuring facility bills are paid as and when due
- Oversee household Purchases, household inventories, stock control and ensure all
Human Resource administration duties
- Responsible for replacement/interviewing of domestic staff
- Payroll preparation and salary payment
- Pension Administration and coordination
- Staff training coordination
- Staff compliance management (with staff handbook)
- Staff filing and records keeping/maintenance;
- Leave scheduling, monitoring, and implementation;
