Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and scale our people operations, with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, people management, and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute HR operations hands-on.
·         3. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent across various departments.
  • Build and manage a high-performing HR function that supports both strategic and operational goals.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices suitable for a startup environment.
  • Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle, and offboarding processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers on people management, performance, and employee relations.
  • Foster a positive and engaging company culture that aligns with organizational values.
  • Design and manage employee engagement programs, feedback systems, and team-building initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate training and development needs; coordinate learning programs as needed.
  • Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures professionally and sensitively.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insight and recommendations on organizational growth and team structure.

 

5. QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources role, with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Must have worked in a startup environment, with exposure to scaling teams and building HR systems from the ground up.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple functions.
  • Strong background in people management, employee engagement, and culture development.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
  • Proven ability to handle conflict resolution, performance management, and sensitive personnel issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and maintain company values.
