· Provide insights on HR trends, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
· Lead recruitment efforts to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
· Support managers in performance management, career development, and succession planning.
· Identify training needs and work with the Learning and Development team to implement solutions.
· Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
· Ensure that HR policies are up to date, aligned with the company’s goals, and compliant with labor laws and regulations.
· Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements Oversee – Ensure a positive workplace culture by addressing employee issues such as conflict resolution, absenteeism, and disciplinary actions.
· Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, including grievances, complaints, and misconduct.
· Support managers through the entire performance management process, from goal setting to reviews and feedback.
· Analyze and report on performance metrics and trends.
· Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. |
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner capacity.
- Candidate must possess an HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CIPM)
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
- Demonstrated experience with talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and coaching abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
