Job Description

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to management and provide human resources guidance on all people related matters. The HRBP will support specific business units, working closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with the organization’s goals. This role involves talent management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring the business complies with relevant employment laws.

·         Provide insights on HR trends, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

·         Lead recruitment efforts to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

·         Support managers in performance management, career development, and succession           planning.

·         Identify training needs and work with the Learning and Development team to implement solutions.

·         Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

·         Ensure that HR policies are up to date, aligned with the company’s goals, and compliant with labor laws and regulations.

·         Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements Oversee – Ensure a positive workplace culture by addressing employee issues such as conflict resolution, absenteeism, and disciplinary actions.

·         Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, including grievances, complaints, and misconduct.

·         Support managers through the entire performance management process, from goal setting to reviews and feedback.

·         Analyze and report on performance metrics and trends.

·         Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner capacity.
  • Candidate must possess an HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CIPM)
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience with talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and coaching abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
