Job Description

The Head of People Operations is responsible for leading the strategic and operational aspect of the organization’s human resources function, aligning people strategies with the overall business goals, creating a culture that fosters engagement, growth, innovation and ensuring an exceptional employee experience while fostering a high performance culture. He is responsible for specific administrative operational and quantitative tasks that contribute to attaining the objectives of the team. He is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle.

Key duties/ Responsibilities

  • Foster a high-performing and inclusive culture that drives employee engagement and retention.
  • Implement performance management /Optimization
  • Develop comprehensive learning and development / need analysis
  • Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and regulation.
  • Multi-market people management.
  • Promote unbiased hiring development, and advancement processes across the organization.
  • Implement HR/ cost optimization.
  • Managing different types of talent
  • Ability to work on succession planning

Qualification/ Experience:

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience managing diverse teams and leading organizational change
  • Strong background in talent management, recruitment, compensation, employee engagement and performance management.
