We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the development, management, and growth of our spare parts and lubricants portfolio. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, product strategy, and market expansion within the dealer trade network.
You will oversee product lifecycle management, identify new business opportunities, and ensure profitability and brand visibility in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full range of Car Care Products (e.g., wax, polish, cleaners, air fresheners, detailing products, etc.).
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with suppliers on product quality, specifications, and packaging.
- Work with the sales team to increase dealer network and product penetration.
- Design promotional campaigns, trade schemes, and dealer incentives.
- Develop marketing materials and organize brand activation events.
- Set and monitor product-wise sales targets and performance.
- Define product pricing and track profitability.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth product availability.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in product or brand management within the automotive aftermarket or FMCG sectors.
- Proven experience managing dealer trade and distribution networks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
