Play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of our sales processes by managing and enhancing sales support and administrative functions.
Supports a team responsible for handling sales orders, customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records. Your contributions will enable our sales team to focus on what they do best: selling.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and handling communications.
- Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer and product information.
- Prepare and analyses sales data to generate reports, trends, and insights to support management decision-making.
- Oversee the order-processing system, ensuring orders are accurately and efficiently entered, tracked, and fulfilled.
- Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer’s problems.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Generate and distribute sales reports, including sales forecast, revenue, and performance metrics.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of sales departments budget.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Education/ Skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (MBA degree, an added advantage)
- 4-6 years proven experience in Sales Administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, time-management skills and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
