Our client is into Gas Production, looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Manager.
Job Requirements
– Implements Sales policy approved by the Area. Implements and coordinates ambitious plans and commercial actions to ensure the growth of sales and market share.
– Ensure the profitability of Sales activities in the various market segments.
-Ensures the control of the activity, organizes and conducts the sales network, measures and strengthens the performance of the sales force.
– Ensures good customer experience and develops loyalty programs.
– Ensures the maintenance of a valuable project pipeline to guarantee MS and profitability growth
– Manages the relationship with customers and participates in negotiations for large accounts.
– Responsible for the customer overdue, as such coordinates with the Credit Manager on all actions required for the efficient recovery of receivables.
SALES FORECAST & DEVELOPMENT.
-Knows the economic environment of his/her market.-Follows the activities of the companies and Administration, and has a thorough knowledge of the competition.
-Participates in the development of marketing strategy.
– With his team, forecasts sales volume and turnover, and proposes forecasts for gross margins, price, and market share.
-Defines the action plans per market-based on the analysis of sales and
customer satisfaction feedback.
-Ensures the deployment of packaged offers developed by the Area Cluster.
– Ensures the implementation of the pricing policy defined in relation
with Area.
– Defines and ensures the implementation of the policy of distribution for
products and services of the entity, in particular, the implementation of
an efficient and responsive distribution network.
– Follows the evolution of annual sales, develops, forecasts, and defines
objectives in accordance with the business strategy.
MANAGEMENT OF KEY ACCOUNTS
– Knows and follows the key customers and key accounts in relation with
the key accounts manager if any.
-Identifies the decision circuits and the influencing factors.
-Develop partnerships to explore new business opportunities.
– Masters key accounts organization and understand their process and
expectations.
-Conducts negotiations for key contracts.
HR MANAGEMENT – SALES EMPLOYEES
– Improves the efficiency of the sales employees through a process of
tracking sales and proven business portfolio, prospects, magazine
offers, information base.
-Ensures that the market and sales information is updated and shared
-Develop partnerships to explore new business opportunities.
– Monitors the execution of sales and marketing action plans (sales
analysis, analysis of contracts won/lost, business opportunities)
BILLING & COLLECTION
– Ensures that the billing and shipping process for invoices is in
conformity with the procedure adopted.
-Ensures that contractual agreements are met in terms of price and
payment deadline.
– Ensures that customers meet the granted credit terms, and otherwise
takes corrective actions.
– Is very involved with his/her team to ensure effective and consistent
Cash recovery.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
– Initiates the cross-exchange of information.
– Knows and enforces all procedures relating to compliance with
customer commitments.
-Develops a safe state of mind and seeks to achieve the best quality
with the resources available.
– Ensures that preventive and corrective measures are implemented for
each customer’s claims.
Skills Required
Level of Education -Degree, BAC +5 -7 years
Area Business / Sales Management /Sales Engineer (Preferably with Engineering background)
● Certified courses in Sales & Marketing
Professional Experience
Management capacity -3 years of Experience
Sales Manager – 5 years of Experience
Languages
English -Fluent / Proficient.
French -Fluent/ Proficient.
