The Senior Finance Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations within the health and fitness industry. He will be responsible for managing all financial planning and analysis, capital management, investor relations, efficient capital allocation and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage capital allocation and optimize cash flow to ensure effective use of resources.
- Petty cash handling.
- Monthly reconciliation and statutory payments.
- Preparation of monthly report.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through sound internal control and audit process.
- Coordinate inventory and procurement.
- Manage financial transactions including reconciliations and employee expenses.
- Create financial reports, direct investment activities and develop plans for the long-term financial goals of the organization.
- Provide detailed and strategic insight into each revenue and expense line item.
- Support regular reporting including daily and weekly performance reports, monthly financial summary & variance analysis, board presentations and ad hoc strategic presentations.
