We are looking for a motivated skilled Tyre Sales Executive to join our team. This role combines knowledge with sales expertise to promote and sell Tyres. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities: –
1) Achieve Agreed sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time frame
2) Co-ordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
3) Analyze the territory/market customer potential, track sales and status reports
4) Perform cost – benefits and need analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements
5) Identification of right customers for sales
6) Understand the customer needs, identify the pain areas to penetrate and execute sales
7) Potential to work on competitor activities
8) Highly motivated and should be a self-starter for target driven with proving month on month
9) Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
10) Prioritizing time management
11) Should be good at Relationship management
Education/ Experience
1) BSc in Marketing or related field.
2) 2-3 Years in Hard Core Sales
