We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer (Programmer) who can build, customize, and optimize WordPress websites at the code level. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in PHP, theme/plugin development, and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
WordPress Development
-
Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.

Customize existing themes/plugins using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.

Implement REST API integrations and build custom functionality as needed.

Convert Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch designs into fully responsive WordPress websites.

Ensure clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
Technical Website Management

Handle website setup, hosting configuration, and domain management.
-
Manage WordPress updates, security patches, and backups.
-
Optimize site performance (speed, caching, CDN, database optimization).

Troubleshoot and resolve website errors, compatibility issues, and server-related problems.
Quality Assurance & Optimization
-
Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing.

Ensure mobile responsiveness and UX consistency.
-
Implement technical SEO best practices.

Integrate tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.
Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in WordPress development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.

Strong knowledge of:

HTML5 & CSS3

WordPress Codex & Theme/Plugin APIs

Experience with custom post types, taxonomies, hooks, shortcode creation, and WP-CLI.

Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality code on time.
